Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions: 

Eligibility for returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Products must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. 

Clearance items are not eligible for returns. 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email. 

If approved, a refund will be issues to your original payment method (please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depenging on your bank/credit card provider). 

Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

Worn, washed, damaged, strong odors, items without tag or original packaging. 

Clearance items. 

Mystery Bag Pajamas. 

Bows/headwraps 

A 15% restocking free will be deducted from your refund.
